Return, Exchange, & Cancellations Policy

Return Policy:

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on any orders. Each custom bobblehead and crystal product is uniquely crafted based on provided photographs and specifications. However, if your item arrives damaged or broken, please refer to our Replacement Policy below.

Exchange Policy:

If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to make changes or request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Cancellation Policy:

Once your order is placed, it immediately enters into the design stage. Therefore, cancellation requests are subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation Within 6 Hours: If you request cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order, you shall bear the transaction fee.

Cancellation Within 6-24 Hours: If you request cancellation within 6-24 hours of placing your order, you will need to bear the design fee plus the transaction fee.

Orders Older Than 24 Hours: Orders that are older than 24 hours cannot be cancelled.

Fee Details:

Design Fee: $5 per order

Transaction Fee: The refund amount multiplied by 5%

Replacement Policy (Broken or Damaged Items):

In the event that your custom bobblehead or crystal product arrives damaged or broken, we will provide a free replacement. However, customers are kindly asked to cover the shipping fee ($15) for the replacement item.

Note: Please note that once your order has entered the design stage, cancellation may not be possible or may incur additional fees. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
